  "guy" is a woman, and a substantial portion of each post critiques the interior architectural choices, which are obviously not visible in street view.

  Most of the criticism of a house on MMH is of the interiors. While there often are bizarre nubs that are mocked, these are usually consequences of interior architecture choices that then spill out. Furthermore, Street View photos aren't necessarily any safer from a copyright claim. I think a creative lawyer might try to make the claim that you can't copyright data, and that Street View is so ubiquitous that it's data and thus not copyrightable, I'd be surprised if a court bought it (though IANAL).
