- nerflad 9y agoThis might just be a southern colloquialism, but I've heard my grandparents say "welp" many times.
- brooklyn_ashey 9y agoYou're absolutely right! My grandparents too. Pure Americana. The speaking of it is old fashioned. It's the writing it out like that "welp." in text that is pure Millennial whoop. I salute it.
