Yeah I've had great experiences with them every time. Felt just like flying a full service airline except with way lower fares. I was on their first flight from NYC to Paris and they even had a mini celebration free "buffet" with snacks and gave out business class seats to the first ~ten people to have booked their seat on that flight!
