I didn't downvote you but I suspect you got downvoted because DevC++ is super stale. Their last release was pre-C++11 and likely more than a decade ago.

- slavik81 9y agoApparently there's a fork by Orwell (Johan Mes) updated in 2015 which does support C++11. I still wouldn't use it, though.
