So if I have a churnrate of less than 1%, i managed to build a great product for immortals?

  1% annually? Monthly? Are you talking about gross churn? Customer churn? Net churn? Downgrades? Need a lot more information before you can evaluate how good your metrics are.

    That's the problem with some of the specs of the article. They are talking about 1% of churn is due to death...
