It's the Texan flag that looks like the Chilean one. Chile got its flag in 1817 and Texas – in 1839, 22 years later. Not only iPhones, even groceries are cheaper and more diverse than in Argentina. Yes, education costs are a problem but not for immigrants who work remotely (or don't have kids at all).
