- dmurray 9y agoIt's a weakness in the system, because the help desk employees have to be trained to tell people "yes I know it says MyFabricFactory on your credit card bill, but that was actually your deposit to our gambling website" because they get that call all the time and they need to be able to put the customers at ease rather than have them call Visa to dispute the transaction.
