    I believe that refers to the full-length feature, while the trailer itself has been approved for all audiences. Restricted trailers have red background warnings. It is most definitely not safe for all audiences. It is, however, very funny.

        It's likely he was referring to the red/green protocol rather than a hypothetical full-length movie.
