This is great, but if you're going to use a parser combinator in .NET, you might as well switch to F# and use FParsec instead of hacking LINQ in C#. The F# code

This is great, but if you're going to use a parser combinator in .NET, you might as well switch to F# and use FParsec instead of hacking LINQ in C#. The F# code is so much easier to read and understand.
