Like real life, chatrooms around us are full of all sorts of people. Unlike real life, there are literally thouthands screaming at a time. It's wierd to expect everyone to conform to your standard, it is unproductive to be offended when they don't, and pretty out of touch to expect someone to shut them up, so you can "feel safe". (I am always amazed how typing "when game starts?" results in couple of whispers and (at) mentions with polite answers even in most crowded chats.)
