There's no fooling around with calling a company, figuring out a tip, carrying the correct change, worrying about the quality of the ride. You just push the button. They are destroying their unique selling proposition. I can already push buttons and screw around with cab companies and drivers. I was looking for better than that. Uber's supposed to be no hassle.
