Looking for someone to share office in the Presidio of San Francisco

Are there any developers/designers out there in SF who are looking to share a really sweet office in the Presidio? It's located at 9 Funston, if you want to look it up street view. Rent would be about $925/mo and it would start August 1st. Send me a message if you or someone you know is interested! The Presidio rules! P.S: There's a free shuttle that goes directly to and from Embarcadero at least every hour, but usually it's every half hour, just depends on the time of day. It's really fast and nice.
