So Casper sent someone to pick the mattress up from your home? Were you required to prep or pack it up before they would take it away?
- doughj3 9y agoWhen we returned ours, Casper coordinated pickup via the nearest Salvation Army who sent a truck to our place. We did not need to pack it up at all.
