- mooreds 9y agoException to what? America lacking cohesive neighborhoods? Neighbors being unwilling to share equipment? FWIW one of the older neighbors has a snow blower and uses it to snowblow the sidewalk on his side. I asked him to borrow it once and he quickly said "I never lend anyone my tools."
