Strange, this is the first time I hear about Alpine, most of the server stuff I work/worked with were either Redhat or Debian.
- devonkim 9y agoA lot of people porting older applications that depend upon base OS assumptions into containers will probably be using more full-featured containers. With greenfield applications I would expect more use of Alpine or even the scratch base image for people trying to deploy truly minimal containers.
