Fry's Turkish Delight is nasty sugary gloop, and is nothing like the real stuff (what Lewis was referring to) The real stuff is much more delicate, subtly sweet, and has a much nicer mouth feel - not to mention flavor. Rose water is one of those flavors you either like or dislike a lot. However it comes in other flavours! Various nuts, citrus, etc. very tasty.
