Well, it's giving something... In any case, workers' wages have been stagnant, jobs have been lost to automation, wealth has been pooling up at the top. Things would probably be better off if Amazon's employees had had more of a share in the wealth that was created and he wasn't in such a position. I don't really think Unions are the solution to this problem, but it is a real, and important, problem to solve.
