Can we draw a side conclusion from these measurements that open()/close() overhead on Win10 is significantly higher than on Win7? This seems doubtful.
- wyoung2 9y agoSee section 2.1 in the report: the Win10 and Win7 installations are on different hardware. If you have a dual-boot Win10/7 box, it's easy to run the test yourself.
