On what planet would any company publicly release a document that creates a slam dunk civil case against them, unless required to do so by law? The goal was for Uber to get the value insight of outside counsel, not for all of us to do so.
Susan Fowler can file a civil case and get a copy of the full report to read to a jury, but Uber's lawyers and outside counsel would have to be incompetent to let them release the full report publicly.
