Uber has no way of accounting for the exchange rate changes from their end. A charge back will fix the problem for the OP.

- whalabi 9y agoSurely uber could just look up the exchange rate
- creepydata 9y agoI assume different card issuers/card processors will charge slightly different exchange rates and they will all have different FOREX fees and associated charges.
