I bet a number of countries in addition to Canada find the current scenario highly beneficial.
- nandemo 9y agoCanada has some advantages: English is an official language, it already has a legal and administrative system in place to receive qualified immigrants from almost everywhere, and a public that's favorable to it. AFAIK the only other developed country that comes close is Australia.
