Why?
- ajdlinux 9y agoI can't say I have a particularly well reasoned argument for saying that. It's just my moral intuition. I definitely can say that I don't think that a person's wealth and well-being should be determined by "value to the market". (FWIW I also come from a public service town, where very intelligent and talented people lead decently upper-middle-class lives, but salaries top out well below where one could get in the private sector.)
