Apologies. My mistake. At multiple time during part 107 training they told us not to bug ATC. I didn't realize that the hobbyist restrictions indicated differently.
- arnarbi 9y agoAh, I'm sorry for the tone in my comment. Btw even as 107 certified, you can still always opt to operate a flight as a hobbyist, as long as you meet the 101 criteria (non-commercial, LOS, etc.)
