I had been thinking of renting out a condo of mine. The catch is that I have an out-of-area cell phone number and want potential tenants to be able to make a local call. I'd gladly pay even $20 or $30 to buy another line on my GV account in another area code. In the meantime I've been playing a bit with Twilio's OpenVBX and maybe I might just use it to create a number with recorded information about the place and an option to leave me a message.
