No it is not something Google allows. But for big brands they manually disallow paid results (see "Nike"). I don't see any ads on the uber results page.

- Buge 9y agoI search nike on google and I get an ad. The ad is for nike.
- robryan 9y agoThere is some mechanism where you can take control of your trademark on adwords.
- omarchowdhury 9y agoYou can only report misuse of your trademark in the ad content, but Google has no problem with trademark bidding.
