- PhantomGremlin 9y agoA good argument against "offshoring". Although that's perhaps not the right word. There is contiguous land between e.g. The Netherlands and Russia, so there's no "shore" involved as there would be between e.g. the USA and Russia. I do think the word's meaning is now more "another country", rather than denoting crossing physical land/water boundaries.
