Ask HN: Managed SCEP Server

We have recently built an automated certificate deployment infrastructure with Microsoft AD CS, NDES (Microsoft's SCEP service) and C++ SCEP clients. During this long exercise, we strongly felt the need to have an MS independent, SCEP deployment infrastructure (essentially a standalone server with Web interface and SCEP support). Do you think there is a market need for such a product?
