There's one in the arts tower at Sheffield university, it's a 1960s building and quite ugly but it has a paternoster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arts_Tower http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arts_Tower). I remember going all the way around on it with my friend Mary when we should have been in lectures. A very fun ride!
