Is there an article? I couldn't find it, maybe the page is outdated (2009) and it's a bug?

  Me too... maybe the ad blocker blocked it? Not a loss.

      <strikethrough>It's there: you just have to scroll down and down and down, far further than any normal human being would possibly think is reasonable.</strikethrough> Nope, you're right: I actually tried to read it properly and the article content bears no relation to the title at the top of the page, which is just a title. That's with or without ad blocker enabled. Incidentally without uBlock enabled the page is slower than hell to load.
