Probably because "ACA" triggers the words "Obamacare" in most peoples minds, right?
- int_19h 9y agoProbably because ACA/Obamacare has been specifically targeted by political ads and in the media by name. So many people don't really know what it does, but they do know that it's bad for some reason or the other.
