At min, 2-4 hours for office hours per week ( within my group at least ) However, at the core they are pushing you to grow and build a company. So within my group there are alot of fulltime founders. Im a fulltime founder myself and have found the experience to be great. Its helped me to ask the correct questions and to move alot faster. Its also great to have a solid network of other founders to chat with. In saying this, there are members within our group whom have full-time jobs and simply work alot after hours on their products.
