I agree, if the American agricultural business can only exist because of breaking the law, then there's something completely broken with the system. In this view, the increased pressure on undocumented immigrants might even be a good thing in the long run, since it increases the pressure to change the current system (e.g. establishing a legal framework for foreign workers, resulting in more protection).
