I personally have hired a young person on the apprenticeship scheme in the UK, hes great. Hes doing so well he is getting his qualification early and hes also doing very meaningful work for the company. I dont know if thats an option in your country but people so hire younger coders, perhaps start approaching local companies that are smaller in size?
