Depending on the exact role and project, that can be a severe negative as well (e.g. devops). In that case, putting them through the stress of a WBI is a side benefit.
- meIias 9y agoThe stress of trying to land a job is different than the stress of trying to meet a deadline at a job, no? And Im not saying that meeting deadlines is the only stress, Im just saying that being stressed out about how you will provide for yourself is different than the stress of having to perform well at a job
