- colinbartlett 9y agoHard to imagine somoene seeing this as anything but negative. It's like a stock not gaining at all in two years and then suddenly asking someone to buy a whole bunch of it.
- justin_vanw 9y agoIt's hard to say without seeing the terms, but raising money is not quite like selling a bunch of stock. The money probably comes with a bunch of terms, and if it's effectively a down round the terms are probably incredibly terrible for the company's existing investors.
