I often have to retrain my employees because I'm gone by 6 and idgaf if you stay later, but if something is due by end of day, that means I need to have it by 5 to review. Not 11 because you procrastinated and spent all day swiping tinder. Working late should be a badge of shame. And I make sure my employees know that expectations are not lower as a result.
