Haha thanks - I didn't think it supported H265 but it looks like I just have to build it from source (https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/H.265 https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/H.265). Suppose that's still fairly "easily" ;-)
