I'm an older white male, and it's hard for me to find a non-toxic environment, as well.

- roguecoder 9y agoWhat has worked for you in the past? Or have you been able to improve things at places you've worked?
- pfarnsworth 9y agoManager is always the #1 most important, but some things like the company culture is hard to tell from just a few interviews. Also, people come and go, which really affect the culture and environment. If it's too toxic, the only thing you can do is move on, I think.
