Yeah, pretty much. There was an application process to go through as well, but if it's your trademark it's pretty much yours. (Though who knows when the next round of application opens..) I believe we own our TLD as well, but don't use it, yet - it's for brand protection. If you have a look at my comment history and deduce my employer, you might understand why with our name...
