    And usually when a submission is old it is marked as such with [year]. I incorrectly assumed that was widely known.

    HAHAHA! This comment made my day. FWIW, I did have a great metabolic upgrade in 2013 and 2014. And it was done by cutting down on carbs and eating delicious foods like fatty chicken and beef, cheeses, etc, and cooking with lard whenever possible.
