Terrorists likely have similar website browsing patterns... their hunger for like-minded material, news and propaganda from fellow "soldiers". Website browsing activity can be hidden too, but new recruits like ignorant teenagers looking for a meaningful purpose, they might be careless with their internet anonymity. You'd want to get to them before they hit the streets with murderous intent.
