Simple Habit (YC W17) is hiring a Head of Content to scale our meditation content platform. We're building the world's largest marketplace for the best meditation teachers and content and need your help serving millions of users! Launched less than a year ago, Simple Habit is already one of the top grossing health & fitness companies in the App Store, with over half a million downloads to date and is backed by YCombinator, NEA, and a handful of prominent angel investors. Our Director of Content will be in charge of the supply side of Simple Habit platform, with the following responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategy to build the most extensive meditation content platform in the world - Source and vet top meditation teachers and influencers - Work closely with teachers to launch meditation content on the platform - Review content and analyze metrics to ensure high content quality - Analyze user behavior and search data to curate new meditation topic offerings - Process teacher payment based on content performance - Manage all operations for Simple Habit's content library Requirements: - Personal passion for mindfulness & meditation. - Must have at least 1 year of experience meditating to guided meditations - Must have at least 3 years of working experience - Must have strong communication and writing skills (to cultivate relationships with teachers) - Must have strong project management skills (to support the growth of our teacher community) - Must be analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented; comfortable working with Excel to analyze content quality - Must be willing to commute to San Francisco.
