Parisians are usually the rudest towards visitors during the summer. And rightfully so, the tourists in July truly embody every negative stereotype ascribed to tourists, multiplied by millions. Many people seem to consider the San Francisco area pretty scenic, and kinda urban, and conducive to hacking, and tons of good, cheap food... The only problem is that it's an alternate climatological universe where it can seem very cold in the summer.
