Can this work with Atari 8bit and 2600 or just C64?

    They also have a 6502 :)

    Family-specific, at least. A bunch of Atari machines, the C64, the NES, and a lot of others all used closely-related processors.

  A note at the bottom says that it would also work for the NES, so I imagine that it would work for anything that uses that family of CPU.
