We are a people who claims to love creation and chaos, but relish in strict order and preditable systems (noticed the missing c- really riled you up, did it?). We claim that everything is open to discussion, but we have a thounsand little forbidden talk-pieces, and hate introspection. We claim to be meritocratic, but when it comes to performance, we are stuck in a golden-age "best practice, no experimentation" approach- and claim that to the best there is cause heurecaheuristics.
