I have to say this is the least appealing post I've seen here recently. It's totally impersonal, explains nothing of the company's needs or direction, and basically the sort of thing you might see on a recruitment site, which I think really defeats the purpose of Who's Hiring Put a bit of spark into it next month, and write in the first person!
