- spearmint 9y agoThe thing is, in recent years it's worse than it has ever been. 100% merit-based systems were never a thing but that doesn't mean a drop from, say, 85% to 60% isn't alarming and objectionable.
- mcbruiser3 9y agoany system involving humans will be flawed, but I don't think the problems being discussed here are as rampant as some would like to think
