That sounds like something a petty third grader would do.

- dragonwriter 9y agoShutting down diplomatic compounds and expelling diplomats is a standard mechanism for signalling diplomatic disapproval of a kind where war is not yet deemed necessary as a response. Especially when the diplomats or facilities are either tied to the act in question, or known espionage actors or assets.
