Why not have core hours then? Ex: 9am to 1pm are core hours. You can adjust your hours around that time frame.

- mjevans 9y agoWhy not 11:00 to 15:00, or 13:00 to 17:00? Or even, why not reduce the core hours? 10:00 to 12:00 ?
