Worth watching; nice pick. Important note: the timing between each milestone will vary among businesses and even among founders in and among those businesses. In my experience, founders with "Let's Change The World" ideas -- as opposed to, say, "Let's Make A Facebook for Kids" ideas -- tend to spend most of their time in between Informed Pessimism and Hopeful Realization. In other words, the more revolutionary your goal, the more time you'll spend trying to reconcile whether that goal is indeed worth reaching. And that's before you even begin to assess whether your way of reaching that goal is indeed the best way to do so.
